Bill Legg

DEVELOPMENT

Bill delivers an extraordinary depth of project management, development and leadership expertise, acquired through more than 26 years of senior management roles with the Lend Lease Group in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America.

Since Lend Lease, Bill has been actively involved in commercial development in southeast Queensland, and is Independent Project Advisor on two major projects in Vietnam worth US $750 million.

Neil O’Connor

DEVELOPMENT

Neil offers more than two decades of development experience for some of Australia’s most respected developers, including Lend Lease (Twin Waters and North Lakes), Indigo Group, Dennis Family, and AV Jennings.

With a predominant focus on large scale subdivisions in southeast Queensland, Neil is one of the most trusted and respected players in the local property industry.

Neil is a current UDIA Board member.

Mark Tolley

Mark has a 17 year history in high level marketing consulting and management, including two years as Director of Sales and Marketing for Reed Property Group.

With a progressively increasing focus on property and project marketing, Mark has led the teams to create and implement campaigns to sell literally hundreds of millions of dollars worth of property throughout southeast Queensland. 

Mark shares strong skills in brand development, creative services, online marketing and sales process.
