Excess payments
If you are required to pay an excess prior to your insurance works commencing at your property, please do not make the payment to us unless we have requested you to do so. Some insurers will take the excess payment directly, while others require Nexus to take the payment. If you are unsure how much your excess is, or who you are required to pay it to, you are welcome to call our office on 1300 321 416 or alternatively contact your insurer.
